Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. These options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our services. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada. This discount is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping orders will be processed using the most cost-effective shipping method available.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order on our website or through the shipping provider’s tracking system. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us. Sometimes, shipping delays occur due to weather, postal disruptions, or peak holiday seasons. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim and provide a resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@haannippers.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will address each case individually and either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, order processing times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid potential delays.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
  • Shipping rates may vary based on the weight and size of the package.
  • Orders that require additional verification may take longer to process.
